Message from the National Pageant Director

Welcome to Mrs. Philippines Globe 2014!

It’s our 3rd year and we will be like royalties!

You may be imagining kings and queens with privileged lifestyles in opulent places with butlers taking care of their every need as they fulfill their duties and destiny as esteemed individuals. But in Mrs. Philippines Globe, we have another way of living like a royalty!

Like any queen, women are all destined to do great things. We strive to be the best by creating a ripple of energy that will influence and give a positive impact not only to ourselves but also to the lives of others. Being a queen is not the same as being a diva who is demanding things that will always prove her value. A real queen is secured and confident, and just wants to be treated with respect because she also knows how to have a healthy balance of self worth. She has an open heart - sharing love, empathy and showing courtesy to the people around her. A queen is not afraid to fail! She has courage and unwavering decisions, thinking that every failure is a step to success! Queens know how to stand up with grace when she falls and aims to get better and bolder – improving her queenliness at all times! All of these things will shine affecting our behavior and establishing our character like a royalty who always deserves the best - what a noble thing to celebrate this year!

Last 2013, the Philippines took pride when our official representative, Ruby Jane Lehmann made it to the top 15 finalists among almost sixty countries around the world during the Mrs. Globe 2014 World Finals in Shenzhen, China. Our reigning queens, 2013 Woman of Substance Rizza Padilla Singson with Madelle Paltu-Ob, Rachel Ann Felix and Jessica Eribal discovered a newfound power in their career and family life. All of them are in full bloom! And all of these will not happen without the continuous support of our 2013 valued sponsors and supporters- Solane, Make-up Factory Maquillage Professionnel School of Make-up Artistry, Wacoal, 96.3 Easy Rock, Working Mom Magazine, Transcom, Restylane, Galderma, Muebles Italiano, Eimee Cragun of Jecob Foundation, Joylong Van and Coaster, Energen, Venice Piazza, Island Rose, Electrolux, Yamaha School of Music and Slimmer’s World International.

This year, there will be new titled crowns to symbolize more women of substance and meaning. Additional special awards will also be given to recognize the achievements in the field of work and life! What’s more exciting is the mentorship that all our MPG winners will do during the empowerment sessions of the new candidates for 2014. And this marks another fulfilling journey that will build and bond our community of Mrs. Philippines Globe Sisterhood!

We continue to grow to passionately empower married women and single mothers by living the values of our pageant more in our personal lives – the positive change in our families, the reinvention of our potential and talents, and the celebration of beauty and glamour. When one is complete and matured, one can have the ability to give back and have the power to move and become a sphere of influence that will change lives! So every woman deserves to be treated as royalty not on the position of being placed on a pedestal but in the real sense which is “ beyond beauty” - it is basically the sincere way you treat people and your self with love and respect regardless of your flaws - this will indeed give a woman a more meaningful and fruitful destiny in life!

Looking forward to meet new sisters and queens soon!
